Suez is not starting off to well I received my first bill today I noticed they estimated me at 25000 gallons and that is after I called in my reading the same day that they let a notice at my door. If you decide to pay by phone there is a convenience fee and also what doesn't make sense is my previous meter reading says on my bill 25 present 50 present how did they figure that when I still have my old meter that reads 409260 gallons Time to call PSC again

Update: when talking with Suez, we have heard they some neighbors are being ask really personal identifiable information.
I know that I would not give out my Social security number or drivers license number to anyone over the phone.

We should seek a reason as to why this is needed..

After speaking with Chris Graziano he informed me that we must supply Suez Water with DOB SS and Drivers license numbers and my response was that this is not going to happen and you might as well shut off my water because I will not give out that information We have to stick together on this. Ron

Caution Forest Park water residents when I call Suez Water to find out my account number so I can go on line to input my water reading I was asked my DOB SS and drivers license number. This is personal information and they should not be asking the residents for this information. Please be careful. I called Chris Graziano he is the VP and General manager of Suez and I am waiting for a response Please register complaints to his office 877-426-8969. Thank you. Ron

Water is out in the chateau region. Suez and Cemco are aware and working on the situation. If we get an update we will let everyone know..
