Do you have old working appliances sitting around that you don't need or want? We give all housewares we receive at the Merciful HELP Center out to families in need for free! Donations can be left in our donation room on the South side of the Matthew 25 building at 1045 West 146th St. Suite A, Carmel, IN, 46032. We have handymen that can tune-up your old vaccum cleaner and make them usable again! The rest of the appliances must be working!

Thank you to ALL who helped at our Tools for School event. Although we are still helping, we can tell you, because of you, our volunteers, our leadership and staff, and by the grace of God, we helped OVER 1200 families and over 3,000 children! That is the largest amount of students we have ever assisted and it is because of your love and dedication to this important program! Whether you delivered water to thirsty people, ran book bags to cars, picked books for a child, played the role of car captain, controlled traffic, registered..... it was ALL well done and very needed! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Now to rebuild for the next program! Think of us when things go on sale for low prices! We need shoes, back packs, school supplies, socks and un**es to rebuild our inventory!

Tools for School assists qualified families that live in Hamilton County with backpacks, school supplies, and other important school needs according to your children’s supply list(s). We will also assist with new shoes, socks, and underwear. Kid's Coats will provide lightweight jackets or hoodies. Book in Hand will provide a new book for every child. We also give fresh foods to the entire family!

Helping at Tools for School is a great family activity! Volunteering with my parents changed my life. Seeing them help others made me so proud of them, and I wanted to model their love my whole life!
