The Woodbrook PTO sponsors fundraisers and school events throughout the school year for students, families and staff of Woodbrook Elementary. We are always looking for additional volunteers. The more volunteers we have, the better we can organize and plan activities to benefit our students and school. If you have any questions about the PTO or about events, please feel free to contact any Director.

Fall Book Fair begins on Monday, November 9th and will run through Friday, November 13th. Your student will shop during their media special. If you'd like to create a cashless e-Wallet for your student, use the link below. Students with e-Wallets do not need to bring anything to the fair!

And don't forget - Penny Wars will run Wednesday 10/28 through Wednesday 11/4! Bring in your spare change to support Share the Fair. The classrooms who collect the most will receive a special set of Book Fair books for their classroom from Mrs. Vahle. If you don't have spare change sitting around, you can donate online to Share the Fair. Send your donation confirmation to [email protected], and we'll count it towards your student's classroom total collected!

Save the date for Mane Bash 2027! This year’s Mane Bash is off to the races!

Mark your calendars for the school’s Parent’s Night Out fundraiser, scheduled for
Saturday, January 30, 2027, at Woodland Country Club from 6 – 11 pm. The
evening’s race card includes; an adults only evening, dinner, a cash bar, dancing
and live and silent auctions. Kentucky Derby attire is encouraged. Tickets will be $45
per person and go on sale when we return from break on January 6th.

Grab your finest hat, wear your sharpest Derby attire and book your babysitter
now!

🌍 International Festival Deadline Extended - Interested in hosting a table or showcasing your culture at Woodbrook's annual International Festival? Let us know at the link in bio by Monday, November 2nd! The event will be at WBE on Thursday, December 3, from 6:30-7:45pm

🦃 This Thanksgiving season, let's show how grateful we are to our Woodbrook teachers by hosting a THANKSgiving especially for them! Please sign up to bring a treat on Thursday, November 19th on the special THANKSgiving. Link to contribute in the comments or access the link in the Woodbrook Elementary School PTO bio.

💰 Penny Wars will run from Wednesday, October 28th through Wednesday, November 4th! On the evening of Thursday, December 3rd, from 6:30-7:45pm, Woodbrook will host it’s annual International Festival, a celebration of the countries, nationalities, and cultural heritages represented in the WBE community!
