Our crews recently pulled these out of pumps at Batiquitos and Diana Pump Stations. Although labeled "flushable" wipes don't break down like toilet paper. They tangle, clog pumps, and cause backups that can affect YOUR home.

Help us protect our community. No wipes down the pipes. lwwd.org/community-info/what-2-flush

Our SCADA system - the network that monitors pump stations, flow levels, and alarms across the district - is getting a major upgrade. New 5G-enabled radios are being installed at sites across our service area for faster, more reliable monitoring.

When a pump alarm goes off at 2 AM, every second matters.

Back to school means back to basics - know what goes down the drain!

Wipes, grease, and paper towels don’t belong in the sewer. Only flush toilet paper and… well, you know.

Cooking grease? Cool it, can it, trash it. Your pipes (and ours) will thank you.
