Our spacious condo has all the amenities of home. Walk to the resort for a massage or facial; stop for breakfast at the market. Great fine dining as well as chains like Buca de Bepo, Starbucks, Einsteins and Panera nearby. Close to upscale The Forum Carlsbad shopping area including Apple, Anthropologie, H&M, Lululemon, LOFT, Free People,
Sur La Table and Z Gallerie. You are about a 4 mile drive to the beach This location is so fabulous because it is South Carlsbad, so only 30 minutes to the airport and San Diego attractions like Sea World and Seaport Village. Disneyland is one hour north. You can enjoy a number of beaches in the area. Choose from Encinitas, Del Mar, La Jolla, South Carlsbad or Carlsbad beaches. All are beautiful with their own unique charms and downtown areas. This is also a great area for outdoor activities like hiking, biking and running. The condo is fully equipped with a 46' flatscreen TV with basic cable in the living room and a 40' flatscreen in the master. Turn on the gas fireplace at night or enjoy a beverage on the secluded patio. The dining area has a breakfast bar with barstools and the dining table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped, as we use this property for our own vacations. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee pot . There is also a full sized washer/dryer in the unit, full sized ironing board/iron and two hairdryers. The master bedroom has a new king sized bed with down comforter. There is a lot of closet space and shelves. The master bath has a separate bathroom/shower/tub with sink. This door closes for privacy and outside of it there is a separate large sink area. Each of the two guest bedrooms have a queen bed with cozy linens. They share the 2nd bathroom. The complex is very quiet with only one ajoined neighbor. A heated community pool is included as well as one detached garage space and ample parking for a 2nd car.
