San Diego is already facing a housing affordability crisis.

The last thing our region needs is more uncertainty, more costs, and more barriers to building housing.

That’s why North San Diego County REALTORS® is opposing Measure A.

Measure A could make it harder and more expensive to create housing opportunities at a time when too many families are already struggling with the cost of living.

We believe San Diego needs practical housing solutions — not more obstacles.

If you live in the City of San Diego, we strongly encourage you to vote NO on Measure A.

Election Day is June 2nd. Early voting is already underway.

Measure A is a new housing tax placed on the ballot by the San Diego City Council. It would impose up to $10,000 per year in new taxes on certain housing, with revenue going into the City’s General Fund.
