Congratulations to Jason Powers on graduating the IDOC Peer Leadership program. 🙌

When I asked about the program, Jason said, The training was engaging and very hands-on. Learning different leadership methods while also being part of a team. The training itself was just the beginning; I think the scenarios were the real test, and knowing when to lead and when to follow is what truly makes a Leader. This training and experience allowed me to learn and grow while being part of a team setting.

Ivy Tech is hiring instructors to work within our facilities. These positions offer an opportunity to bring education and career training directly to students.
