Company 39 wishes to congratulate Career Operator Jared Freeman on the successful completion of the EMT program at Harrisburg Area Community College. Over approximately the last 6 months, Operator Freeman worked diligently to balance working full-time, completing classwork, and practical days, while sacrificing precious time away from home as well. Today he successfully passed the final portion of testing for the National Registry of EMT’s and became certified. This is a great milestone in a career, as well as a personal accomplishment, and will allow the department to better serve our community, as all 3 of our full time operators are now certified at the level of EMT or above. Congratulations, Firefighter/EMT Freeman you've earned it!
