The Joint Bourbon/Nicholas Industrial Authority will be starting grade work on Carpenter Pike at the new industrial site in the coming days to get the site ready for future industry.

This is in no connection with the solar project discussions that have taken place.

Popup Driver Licensing event in Nicholas County.

Appointments will open two weeks before the day of the event at 8am.

The day of the event, staff will arrive at 8:30am to setup. They will begin issuing at 9:30am. Their lunch is from 12-1pm. They will stop accepting around 2 or 2:30pm, depending on the line.

RICHIE ROAD CLOSED DUE TO PAVING
