Carlisle Council on Aging and Human Services The Council on Aging or COA, helps seniors, age 60 and above, in the Town of Carlisle, Massachusetts live healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives.

We offer transportation services, meals on wheels, health clinics and numerous monthly cultural events. We also sponsor a plethora of exercise classes and social, travel and food events. The COA acts as a resource for residents of all ages that may have need of food or fuel assistance as well.
