105th IMA Detachment - USAWC, U.S. Army Reserve UTAs are in a NON-PAID, retirement points only, status.

The 105th IMA Det is composed non-MOS/AOC specific IRR & IMA enlisted, warrant, and commissioned officers who attend regularly scheduled Unit Training Assemblies (UTAs) on attachment orders under AR 140-1. The 105th IMA Det provides soldiers training opportunities to accumulate 50 or more retirement points per year for a good retirement year, request AT, ADT, ADSW tours, produces an annual OER / N

COER, maintains SGLI insurance eligibility, continues personal and professional development, and keeps you up-to-date and eligible for promotion. Members can easily transfer to a Army Reserve or National Guard TPU because they have maintained their Reserve affiliation through attachment to the 105th IMA Det.

The 105th IMA Detachment is going to Gettysburg to conduct a unit staff ride, 24-26 June 2016. Any unit alumni who are interested in attending please contact the commander not later than 5 May 2014.

The 105th IMA Detachment is now officially attached to the US Army War College. In addition to admin support, the attachment will provide unit members the opportunity to conduct a 12 day, PAID, AT supporting unique training exercises.
