🚨 Weather Warnings Save Lives – Are You Ready? 🚨

When severe weather strikes, seconds matter. That's why it's important to have multiple ways to receive weather warnings. Don't rely on just one source. Weather experts recommend using several methods to ensure you receive critical alerts when they matter most.

βœ… Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) on your mobile phone
βœ… Weather apps and weather.gov
βœ… NOAA Weather Radio
βœ… Local TV and radio stations
βœ… Text and email alert services
βœ… Family, friends, and coworkers
βœ… Outdoor warning sirens

⚠️ Remember: Outdoor warning sirens are designed to alert people who are outdoors. They are not intended to be your primary source of warning while inside your home, workplace, or vehicle. When you hear a siren, go indoors immediately and seek additional information from reliable sources.

The best preparedness strategy is simple: Have multiple ways to receive warnings. No single system is perfect, but using several sources greatly increases the chances you'll receive timely information and can take action to protect yourself and your family.

🌩️ Stay informed. Stay prepared. Stay safe.
