The City reserves the right to discontinue this site at any time for any reason with or without notice. The City may delete submissions that contain vulgar language, personal attacks of any kind, or comments that are offensive to a person with reasonable sensitivity or target or disparage age, race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sexual preference, handicapped or disabled, genetic information, or status as a veteran or disabled veteran of the U.S. armed forces. Further, the City also reserves the right to delete submissions that the City determines: (i) are spam or include links to other sites; (ii) are clearly off topic; (iii) advocate illegal activity; (iv) promote or oppose particular services, products, or political organizations and candidates; (v) infringe on copyrights or trademarks; (vi) involve matters in litigation or otherwise in dispute, or that could be in the future; (vii) contain references to illegal or banned substances unless for public educational purposes (viii) contain pornographic, sexually-oriented materials; (ix) are solicitations for business; or (x) contain information that might compromise the safety or security of public buildings, personnel or activities. The City reserves the right to block or otherwise prohibit posting by any person that posts a submission that is deleted by the City pursuant to this paragraph.
