This week NCES 4th, 5th and 6th grade students are visiting The American Revolutionary Experience at the Neal Building sponsored by the Nicholas County Historical Society. Thank you to the Historical Society for this wonderful experience for our students.

They did it again!!! For the first time in school history we have a 3-peat BIG BLUE CREW OF THE WEEK! Congratulations to Mrs. McCarty‘s second grade homeroom. They had 100% attendance for the week!💙

What an AMAZING night at our Scholastic Book Fair! 📚❤️
Night 2 of Grandparents Night was absolutely packed, and these pictures say it all! Seeing our library filled with students, parents, grandparents, and families shopping for books, spending time together, and making memories was so special.
A HUGE thank you to my wonderful Book Fair crew for working so hard and helping keep everything running smoothly. I truly could not do this without you! 💕📚 Thank you to the Nicholas County Public Library for always helping me when needed.
And thank you to every family who came out and supported our Book Fair. Every purchase helps put more books into the hands of our students and supports our school library. Seeing this many people excited about BOOKS makes my librarian heart very happy! 🥹❤️

📚❤️ Grandparents Night #1 at the Scholastic Book Fair was a huge success! ❤️📚
What a wonderful evening in our library! We loved seeing so many grandparents and families spending time together, shopping for books, playing games, and making special memories. Seeing our library packed with smiling faces and excitement over BOOKS made my heart so happy! 🥰📖
