A moment of thanks and a warm welcome: On May 26, Barney Arnold and David Model attended their final Select Board meeting, where Representative Simon Cataldo presented each with a citation in recognition of their many years of service to the Town of Carlisle. Chair Scott Triola also presented them with framed plaques from the Town of Carlisle.

This week, we welcomed our newest Select Board members, Rebekah Vieira and David Thomas, who were sworn in by Town Clerk Ashley Cote. Their first meeting is tonight, and we wish them both the best as they begin their service to the community.

Congratulations to all!

Congratulations to Carlisle's EMTs who successfully completed their Advanced EMT (AEMT) coursework and passed both the class final exam and practical skills testing this evening!

Their journey isn't over yet. Next steps include completing 60 hours of clinical rotations in a teaching hospital Emergency Department, as well as field internship ride time with area fire and EMS departments- and passing the NREMT exam - before earning full AEMT certification.

We thank our members for their commitment to advancing their skills and enhancing the level of care we provide to our community.
