Breastfeeding Myth vs. Fact

❌ MYTH: Breastfeeding should come naturally and be easy.

✅ FACT: Breastfeeding is a learned skill for both mom and baby. It’s normal to have questions, challenges, and days when you need extra support.

The good news? Help is available!
WIC offers daily breastfeeding support both virtually and in the clinic, plus quarterly breastfeeding classes to help you feel confident and prepared.
