k. Comments on topics or issues not within the jurisdictional purview of the City. The City reserves the right to restrict or remove any content deemed in violation of the terms outlined in this policy above. Any content removed based on these guidelines will be retained, including the time, date, screen shot and identity of the poster when available. Third-party comments and/or posts on this social media page do not reflect the opinions or positions of the City of Caribou, Maine or its officers, agents, affiliates, or employees nor does the City of Caribou guarantee the accuracy of such information posted by public social media users.
