SPCDC provides FREE energy efficient upgrades that includes: energy audit, weatherization and retrofit of homes with energy technology and energy star appliances. SPCDC conducts a pilot training program leading to certification, job eligibility and on-the-job traini

ng in the emerging green economy for under and unemployed residents. SPCDC fosters temporary/part-time and permanent jobs for hard- to-employ residents
