Seat Pleasant Community Development Corporation We are a Non-Profit organization aimed towards helping the community. SPCDC administers a grant awarded from the Recovery Act for Greening the Community.

Seat Pleasant Community Development Corporation plays a leadership role in creating no and low interest, energy efficient home loans. SPCDC provides FREE energy efficient upgrades that includes: energy audit, weatherization and retrofit of homes with energy technology and energy star appliances. SPCDC conducts a pilot training program leading to certification, job eligibility and on-the-job traini

ng in the emerging green economy for under and unemployed residents. SPCDC fosters temporary/part-time and permanent jobs for hard- to-employ residents

We will be having out Annual Foundation in Integrity and Trust (FIT) Workshop

Starting June7-June25

It is a four week Course you attend every Tuesday 9am-1pm and the last Tuesday you shall receive a Certificate.
You will learn skills that will help you have a happy, meaningful, and lasting relationship that will benefit you, your family and the community

A 12-hour workshop that meets for two (2) to six (6) hours once a week
