Answers to common questions about voting in Missouri in 2020:

If you requested a Mail-In Ballot or Absentee Ballot, but have not sent it back—you can take it to an Absentee In-Person location, surrender it, and vote Absentee In-Person (regardless of reason). This does not require a notary.

If you have your Absentee Ballot filled out (and notarized if necessary) but don't want to send it through the mail, you can drop it off at an Absentee In-Person voting location. You just have to fill out a brief form when you do so, but this avoids dealing with the mail.

If you want to do this but can't physically enter an Absentee In-Person polling location, Drive-Up voting is available (in Cape County you can do this at both Absentee In-Person locations. If you live elsewhere you may want to call your election authority).

Cape County specific information:
Absentee In-Person voting is available at the County Administration Building (in Jackson) or in Room Two at the Osage Center (in Cape). They are open tomorrow and Friday from 8 am - 4:30 pm, and this Saturday from 8 am - Noon, and Monday 8:00-5:00.

This Friday at Kent Library 11:00-1:30 and Saturday at Capaha Park 12:00-2:00!

We will have a free notary on-hand at Kent Library Friday, October 16 from 11:00-1:30 & at Capaha Park Saturday, October 17 12:00-2:00 for you absentee and mail-in ballots. Remember to bring your ID!
We will also be talking about absentee voting, helping people request absentee ballots, AND handing out free stuff!
