Sadly retired Sutter County CA Reserve Deputy Clifford Boisa was one of three killed out of 20 passengers onboard a boat that sank in the San Francisco Bay several days ago. Reserve Deputy Boisa served in the Sutter County CA Sheriff’s Office from 1987 to 2011.
