Canton City Public Health is looking for a Public Information & Health Communications Manager to lead our communications, public information, and community engagement efforts!

This is a key role that helps make sure our community has access to timely, accurate, accessible, and trustworthy information. As the department’s Public Information Officer (PIO), this position will also play an important role in communicating during public health emergencies.

We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and collaborative leader who understands the importance of public health and believes in the power of clear, trustworthy communication.

Canton City Public Health is looking for a passionate, experienced Harm Reduction Manager to lead and grow our harm reduction programs and help make a meaningful difference in our community.

As Harm Reduction Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Overdose Education and Naloxone Distribution Program (OENDP) and needle exchange services. You’ll also lead a team, build community partnerships, manage program operations and budgets, and make sure our programs meet regulatory requirements and grant deliverables.
