🇺🇸⏰ JUST 48 HOURS TO GO! ⏰🇺🇸

The countdown is almost over! In just TWO DAYS, the American Legion Post 45 and the City of Canton will come together with our entire community for the biggest Small Town Cool 4th of July Celebration yet!

This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 250th Birthday of the United States of America—a historic milestone honoring the courage, sacrifice, and spirit that built our nation. 🇺🇸✨

📅 FRIDAY, JULY 4TH

🎉 6:00 PM – PARADE
Gather along the route and cheer on veterans, first responders, community groups, local businesses, and patriotic displays as the parade winds through Riverstone.

🎸 7:30 PM – LIVE CONCERT
Enjoy an evening of great music, family fun, and community pride at Riverstone Plaza.

🎆 9:30 PM – FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR
Cap off the night with an incredible fireworks show launched from Etowah River Park.

✅ Bring your lawn chairs
✅ Wear your red, white, and blue
✅ Arrive early for the best viewing spots
✅ Stay hydrated and celebrate safely

They say laughter is the best medicine, so the members at American Legion Post 45 wanted to share a little military humor to brighten up your July 1st!

Whether you served in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard, we can all agree that a good laugh unites us just as much as our service.

Parade Route information....this is goint to be an awesome CELEBRATION!

Special Notice: Parade Route for July 4, starting at 6 PM!

The parade will begin at the corner of Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., continue down Reinhardt College Pkwy., make a U-turn at the intersection before the traffic light on Riverstone Blvd., and continue up Reinhardt College Pkwy, ending at Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd. Both sides of Reinhardt College Pkwy. on this route will be shut down for the duration of the parade.

The July 4 Parade is hosted by the City of Canton, in partnership with the American Legion. More than 30 groups, businesses, and organizations have registered to participate.

We hope to see you there to kick off Canton's July 4 festivities!
