Barr Elementary Barr Elementary, built in 1966, is home to nearly 350 students and 40 staff members.

With highly qualified teachers who are dedicated to the students they serve, Barr has earned the highest State ranking of “Excellent with Distinction.” What a privilege it is to be a part of Barr Elementary!
