World No To***co Day raises awareness about the harmful effects of to***co use and encourage people to quit. To***co remains a leading cause of preventable disease and death, and many individuals, especially youth, begin using ni****ne products at an early age.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention emphasizes protecting young people from ni****ne addiction. Education, prevention programs, and community support all play an important role in reducing to***co use.

Quitting to***co has immediate and long-term benefits. Heart rate and blood pressure improve quickly, lung function increases over time, and the risk of conditions like lung cancer and heart disease decreases. Quitting also helps protect others from secondhand smoke.

It’s never too early or too late to live to***co-free.
