The first We Believe in Canton event of the 2026 summer season was a huge success!

A special thank-you goes to Sugardale for bringing out the Hot Dog Truck and generously donating their time and delicious hot dogs. Your support helped make this a memorable event for everyone who attended.

Just a little recap of our busy month of May!
We kicked things off with the Exceptional Olympics, followed by Girls on the Run. We also had the opportunity to cook hot dogs for the Canton City Parks Youth Catfish Derby.
Then on Thursday, we were honored to be part of one of the most amazing events of the month — the Ohio Law Enforcement Special Olympics Torch Run. The turnout of athletes and their families was incredible!
We’re so thankful to be involved in these amazing community events, and this has been a great start to our summer event season. We can’t wait to see what’s ahead

As summer holidays roll around, we want to remind the community about the laws surrounding fireworks and the importance of using them safely. We want everyone to enjoy time with family and friends, but it’s important to understand that fireworks can be dangerous and lead to serious injuries, fires, and property damage if used improperly.

Please be mindful of your surroundings, keep fireworks away from homes and vehicles, supervise children, and never handle fireworks while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We also encourage residents to be considerate of veterans, pets, and neighbors who may be impacted by loud noises.

Let’s work together to keep our neighborhoods safe while enjoying the summer season.
