CADETS NEED YOUR HELP!

Eight young men and women from the Cherokee Cadets have earned the opportunity to represent our community at a national competition in Florida this July. They have worked hard, trained countless hours, and pushed themselves to reach this point. Through fundraisers, events, and community support, they have already raised the funds needed for travel and competition expenses.

Now they are down to the final piece: their Class A uniforms.

These uniforms are more than just clothing. They represent professionalism, discipline, teamwork, and pride in serving others. When these Cadets step onto that national stage, they will be representing not only themselves, but all of Cherokee County.

We are asking our community to help these 8 Cadets finish what they started. Any donation — big or small — will go directly toward helping provide the uniforms they need to stand proudly beside agencies and Cadet programs from across the country.

The Cherokee Cadets are proud to announce that 8 of our Cadets will be traveling to Florida this July to compete at a National Competition. This is a huge accomplishment and an opportunity for them to represent our program, our agency, and our community on a national level.

Each Cadet is currently working to raise funds for their required Class A uniform and embroidery costs. Every Cadet must raise $388 to purchase their uniform before the competition.

If you would like to support one of these hardworking young men and women as they prepare for Nationals, any donation is greatly appreciated. Your support helps invest in the future leaders of our community and gives these Cadets an experience they will never forget.

Mentors always tell these Cadets how proud we are of them but we don't think they really understand how big of a deal they are. They showed up, worked hard, and absolutely killed it at competition.

But honestly, seeing their teamwork, confidence, and how much they’ve grown was the best part. They’ve put in a ton of work for this and it paid off. Proud of this group for real!
