We are accepting applications for adults who have a mobility limitation and live within 45 minutes from Canton, Ohio. Justin, right now we have a fully trained dog that was going to be paired with a person on our waiting list, but they backed out at the last moment. Here is a picture of the dog, however, we typically do not let an applicant know what dogs are available as we specifically train each dog to meet the person's needs. So I am not sure how you think this should be posted so that we don't get overwhelmed with too many applicants who think she is pretty. Josie loves to retrieve and stay busy working. She would work best with someone, even an elderly person who frequently drops items that need to be picked up. She is not a dog that can be used in walking with a harness, so the person will have to use a cane, walker or just a leash. Josie does work around my electric wheelchair. Here is Josie Louise's picture.
