One of the things we hear most often from people who join a support group is:
"I didn't realize how much I needed this."
Difficult experiences can leave us feeling disconnected and alone. Sometimes, simply being in a room with people who understand can make all the difference.
CFVC's support groups offer a welcoming space to share, listen, learn, and heal alongside others who have walked similar paths. There is no pressure, no judgment, and no expectation to share more than you're comfortable with.
Safety is about more than physical well-being. It's also about feeling supported, understood, and connected.
This National Safety Month, consider taking a step toward community, healing, and hope.
