STYROFOAM (Polystyrene)
To dispose of bagged Styrofoam we are charging a fee of $2 per bag. If you are paying via card there is a $1 processing fee. This means if you only have 1 bag your total will be $3.
The processing fee is per transaction not per item.

We have never recycled Styrofoam and have always been very open about it being disposed of as long as it is bagged.
Previously we allowed large pieces of Styrofoam to be sticking outside of the bag, this is no longer the case.

All Styrofoam must be contained within the bag and the bag tied.

The volume of Styrofoam coming to the facility for disposal has reached a point where it is now effecting the frequency with which we have our containers are hauled. Being it is going in the trash it is now being charged as trash.
If your Styrofoam is too large to fit in the bag break it into smaller pieces, it breaks, it is Styrofoam.....

**SERVICE ALERT BLALOCK**
We are only able to accept Bagged Trash at the Blalock rd facility.
It appears the tree service trimming along the power lines has cut more than they planned.
I'll post when we are back up for recyclables.

Our shelves are looking a little too bare, and our feline friends have been giving us their sweetest meows and hopeful eyes, but our shelves of wet and dry cat food are running low.

We’re running low on wet and dry cat food in our food pantry and our whiskered pantry friends are hoping some kind-hearted humans can help refill their bowls. Wet food is especially important for hydration, sensitive tummies, and keeping our senior kitties happy and healthy.

**HOBGOOD PARK**
Just a reminder, the Hobgood Park facility is OPEN.
The previous location was to the left when entering the park from Bells Ferry Rd.
The new (temporary location) is to the right and is surrounded by a green fence.
Hours of operation are:
Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 8am-12pm
Closed Sunday and Monday
(No after hours dumping please ;)
