Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Credit Union DE Service Day volunteers into our donation room, and we just want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This wasn’t just a quick visit—you all rolled up your sleeves, jumped right in, and worked hard. The work in our donation room may be behind the scenes, but it plays an important role in supporting the individuals and families we serve every day.

We noticed the sorting, lifting, organizing, and teamwork. Most importantly, we noticed the positive attitudes and willingness to help. Your time and effort made a real difference, and we are so grateful.

A very special shout-out to Justin Frasier for being the bridge that brought this partnership together. Thank you for always leading with your heart, believing in the power of community, and showing up for others. Your dedication to serving and connecting people does not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for all that you do. 🧡

Thank you all for choosing to spend your day with us and for sharing your time, energy, and heart. We truly appreciate every one of you and the impact you made today. 🧡

Today, we are celebrating Audre Lorde as part of Pride Month. She was a le***an feminist, poet, and activist who used her voice to fight against racism, sexism, and homophobia. Her legacy reminds us to stand tall in our truth and advocate for justice and equality for all. Happy Pride Month! 🌈🏳️‍🌈

A safe, stable home is the foundation for a brighter future. 🏠✨

YWCA Canton’s Permanent Supportive Housing provides low-barrier, affordable housing for individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness who are living with disabilities — paired with voluntary supportive services that help participants build stability and lead independent, successful lives.

Through our three housing sites — totaling 106 units — residents have access to safe housing, utilities included, with rent based on 30% of income. More importantly, they gain the support and resources needed to create lasting change.

Because everyone deserves the dignity of having a place to call home.

If you or someone you know is in need of housing support, registration begins with the Homeless Hotline at 📞 (330) 452-4363.
