UPDATE (5/2/26, 9:45am): Libby is working again! If you having trouble logging in, please follow the steps below!
UPDATE (5/1/26, 4pm): Libby seems to not be working at this time. OCLN is hard at work trying to fix the issue! We appreciate your patience.
You may have noticed that your Canton Public Library card was not logging in to Libby yesterday or this morning. Good news! The problem has been fixed! If you are still having issues with logging in to Libby, Hoopla, or other services that require your library card, please follow these steps:
- Try your pin number. If you have never changed your pin number it will be OCLN (please note that it is in all capital letters). If you have changed your pin number at any time, make sure you are typing it with all letters in CAPS.
- If that does not work, you will need to reset your pin.
- To reset your pin, go to canton.ocln.org and click “sign in”. Then, click “reset my password”.
- Follow those instructions and then try logging in again!
