Our next storm system will bring the potential for scattered thunderstorms along and ahead of a cold front late Tuesday evening into Wednesday afternoon. A few storms may be strong to severe, so keep an eye on the weather and be sure you have multiple ways to receive warnings should one be issued for your community!

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected throughout the day today, mainly along and south of I-20. The severe threat is low, but a few storms may produce hail, frequent lightning, and locally heavy rain. Cooler air can otherwise be expected with highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s.
