Events happen throughout our lives that leave an impression for our entire lifetime. For some, it's hard to believe it's already been 25 years since 9/11 shook the foundation we're built on. Today may we take a moment to remember all the lives lost and impacted, while we also remember how we came together as one country to support one another.

Reminders for the week: Trash service is delayed one day (Thursday) due to Labor Day. City Council Meeting is Thursday at 6pm* at the City Council Room 100 S Main St. *Note the change in time is due to RNR and Budget Hearing, the regular council meeting agenda will continue as soon as the Hearings are completed.

McPherson Area Solid Waste Utility (M.A.S.W.U) will be closed Monday, September 7th, 2026 for the Labor Day Holiday. All routes for September 7th-11th will run one day late.

The Transfer Station located at 1431 17th Avenue, McPherson will be open Saturday September 5th normal hours 8:00 am- 4:00 pm.
