Public Community Engagement Meeting
Canterbury Town Hall

All are invited to join the Planning Board on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, to discuss housing in Canterbury.

The meeting will begin with an Open House at 5:30PM, with the presentation and discussion beginning at 6:00PM.

Topics will include Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), the Cluster Ordinance and potential mixed-use options.

New state legislation related to ADUs and multi-family residential will be reviewed, and a representative of NH Housing will provide an overview of housing issues and demand in New Hampshire.

Most importantly, this is an opportunity to discuss housing concerns, needs and options in Canterbury.
