2026 Southern Colorado Clean & Green Stormwater Seminar.

The event is a full-day seminar with breakfast and lunch included in the cost.

Attendees can receive seven (7) Professional Development Hours for attending. The seminar will be held at Pueblo Community College, 900 W Orman Ave, Pueblo from 8:00 am to approximately 3:30 pm.

If you plan to drink, plan not to drive. Downtown parking options make it possible to park your vehicle ahead of time and choose a sober ride home—without needing to move your car later.

Here’s what’s available:

Free Public Parking Lots (No Time Limits)
Located near Veterans Park, Centennial Park, and along 3rd, 4th, and 5th Streets.
These lots allow you to park without worrying about time limits and support safe, planned transportation choices.

Unlimited-Time Street Parking
Available on:
• 3rd Street
• 5th Street
• 6th Street
• East sides of 2nd, 4th, and 8th Streets
• Along Macon Avenue

These spaces are designed for longer parking needs and allow vehicles to remain parked overnight if needed. This is especially important if alcohol, cannabis, or impairing medications are part of your plans. Drive sober or get pulled over.
