The 6th grade STEM class ended the year with engineering design projects. One of them was to design a sail car from the given materials that would travel the farthest powered by wind from a fan. 💨⛵️🚙

This team's sail car design was one of the best for distance traveled over multiple sail car projects over the years! 👏👏👏

Cannon Falls Elementary School recently welcomed the Kaleidoscope Quartet. 🎤✨🎶 They performed four mini concerts for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students on the stage at the high school auditorium.

This multi-generational singing group from the Twin Cities sang songs in several different languages and styles, including teaching the students about four different kinds of men's voices. Thank you to the Education Foundation for providing this amazing opportunity! 🤩🙌

Kindergartners recently went on a field trip to Oxbow Park Zoo in Byron. 🐵🐢🦁🐧 They got to see over 30 species of wild animals native to Minnesota and got to attend an “Animal Introductions” class.

A special thank you to the parent volunteers who came along and to the Cannon Falls Education Foundation for funding this trip. It was a fun, educational adventure for all! 😎🙌
