ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - RE-BID

Canfield Township, 21 South Broad Street, Canfield, Ohio 44406

Separate sealed Bids for the Public Works Garage Addition will be received by Canfield Township at the office of 21 South Broad Street, Canfield, Ohio, 44406 until 2:30 p.m. local time on September 23, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. There will be pre-bid meeting held at the job site listed below at 12:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

The base bid project includes the full construction of a new 2,098 SF CMU storage-garage addition to the existing one-story Canfield Garage located at 5035 Messerly Road, Canfield,
Ohio 44406.

This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an
approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget’s regulation (reference 2 CFR 200) on the application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure.

⚠️ MISPLACED NO PARKING SIGNS

We are missing 5 of our "No Parking - Paving Road" signs in Westbury.

It is possible they were moved for mowing and were not placed back by the road. If you have one of these signs, we would like them back.

What you can do:

Put it back in your yard: We will be driving around and will pick them up.

Drop it off: You can bring them to Township Hall or our Public Works Department: 21 South Broad Street, Canfield, OH 44406 or 5035 Messerly Road, Canfield, OH 44406.
