Creativity was the theme for today's storytime. After we read "Beautiful Oops", we turned everyone loose with the box of craft supplies. Check out their masterpieces!
Join us for storytimes on Tuesdays from 3:45pm-4:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am-10:30am during the month of June!

The Caney City Library would like to thank the Caney Police Department and Caney EMS for coming to our Stay and Play Playgroup! They talked about staying safe when crossing streets- whether walking or riding bicycles. Then the children enjoyed a tour of the ambulance and police car and received fun coloring pages. After our guest speakers left, we played with the toys, played the rhythm sticks song, and read "A True Kansas Treasure". The children were able to mark off several of their bingo squares this morning.

☀️🍎🍼 YES! Summer Meals distribution is here in Caney, as provided by USD445 with concurrence of USD436. Free meals for infants through age 18 will be available this summer — including infant formula servings.
Pickup is on Tuesdays & Fridays at the Caney Valley Agape Network & Food Pantry, 11 AM to 12:30 PM. Summer foods runs June 1–July 24 (closed June 19 & July 3).
