🎉 We are thrilled to share the news that work has begun on our new, permanent home! 🎉
Walls have come down, flooring has come up and the kitchen space has been cleared to get ready for brand new equipment.
For those of you who aren’t in the know: The Canby Adult Center has partnered with the Canby United Methodist Church to purchase their building and part of the surrounding property, to become a new Home for Healthy Aging. Almost three years in the making, we are finally showing concrete progress “on the ground”. The building will become true shared space: The Canby Community Pre-School will continue to use their current space; two church communities will continue to hold Sunday services there; and a variety of other service and craft groups will continue to meet at N Holly.
