Music in the Park / Luau on the Lawn kicks off tonight at 6 PM, and getting there just got safer 🚸 Check out the new pedestrian crossing signs installed at the S. High crosswalk. These should help alert drivers of the pedestrian crossing, but it doesn't mean they will stop. As always, look both ways to ensure traffic has stopped before crossing the road.

The City of Canal Wi******er is excited to bring back Safety City, a weeklong safety program for children entering kindergarten!

⏰ 9:00–11:00 a.m.
📍 Indian Trail Elementary School
Safety City teaches basic safety skills through hands-on lessons with local first responders, covering pedestrian safety, fire safety, school bus safety, stranger awareness, and more.
👧🧒 Open to Canal Wi******er residents and Canal Wi******er Local School District families
📝 Preregistration required (limited to 50 participants)
💲 $25 participation fee

City staff will not be processing any pool verifications on Thursday, June 11 due to Mayor's Court proceedings.

What does this mean?
- The pool is still open on Thursday.
- Anyone wishing to visit the pool on Thursday must complete the verification process before 4:30 PM on Wednesday.
- Daily admission passes for Thursday will be still sold at the pool and online to verified individuals only.

Staff will resume the verification process on Friday, June 12 at 8:00 AM. We appreciate your patience.
