📢 IMPORTANT PAYMENT PROCESSING UPDATE

The Village of Canajoharie would like to inform residents that Heartland Global Payments has been phased out and is no longer used by the Village for online payments.

💧 Water & Sewer Payments
Online water and sewer payments can be made through CivicPay, which can be accessed using the payment link on the Village of Canajoharie website.

🏛️ Tax & Miscellaneous Payments
DOXO remains available for:
• Village tax payments
• Building permits
• Bulk item payments
• Other miscellaneous Village payments

Please be sure to use the appropriate payment platform when submitting payments online.

📢 LOST & FOUND – WINTERGREEN PARK

The Village Office has received a pair of sandals and a pair of prescription eyeglasses that were found at Wintergreen Park.

We would like to get these items back to their owners! If you believe either item belongs to you or someone you know, please contact the Village Office.

We apologize for the short notice, but the Village of Canajoharie Office will be closing today at 4:30 PM.

Any payments may be placed in the drop box/mailbox located at the front door and will be processed when the office reopens.

As a reminder, the Village Office will also be CLOSED Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day.

Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Paving will occur tomorrow, August 26 through Friday, August 28th.

-The 26th will be Otsego St and Lower Walnut
-The 27th will be Burch, 3rd, and Upper Maple

Please be cautious, drive slowly and follow the directions of the traffic control workers so that this project can get done quickly and safely!
