Tomorrow is Election Day.

Over the past couple of years, I have spent a great deal of time listening to community members, reading, learning, and trying to better understand the issues that matter most to the people of our town. During this campaign, I’ve had the opportunity to speak with many of you, and I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the support, encouragement, and kind words that have been shared along the way. I feel incredibly thankful and, honestly, very blessed by the thoughtful conversations that have come from this experience.

Running for Selectman to me has been about our community, our future, and making sure every voice has the opportunity to be heard. No matter the outcome tomorrow, I am proud of the respectful conversations we’ve had, what I've learned along the way, and the ideas that many of you have shared with me.

Tomorrow I plan to be at the polls throughout most of the day and would love the chance to say hello to those who come out to vote.

Also, if anyone needs a ride to the polling location or is having difficulty getting there, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I would be more than happy to help make sure you’re able to cast your vote.

Thank you again to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in me throughout this journey. Your kindness and support truly mean the world to me. I’m grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. 🇺🇸 🪧🗳️⭐️

Don’t forget to get out and vote tomorrow!

Cameron and I have successfully distributed nearly 80 signs to date. Tomorrow, we will be placing additional signs at the exits, as several of you have suggested. Although we have attempted to do so previously, heavy traffic has hindered our efforts. Fortunately, we will have assistance tomorrow, making the task more manageable. I would like to extend my gratitude to all of you for your ongoing support, valuable suggestions, conversations, and generous contributions. Your support is truly appreciated, and your vote is very important. On Election Day, I plan to be present at the polls throughout the day. I look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday. If you or someone you know requires transportation to and from the polls, please do not hesitate to contact me! I can provide rides to and from if need be! 🗳️ 🪧 🇺🇸 🙏🏻

Over the past few years, I’ve spent a lot of time listening at kitchen tables, at meetings, and in passing conversations around town. I’ve heard the pride people feel in calling Campton home, along with the concerns, frustrations, and hopes for where we go next. Those conversations have meant a great deal to me. They’ve caused me to reflect deeply on where we are as a community and, more importantly, where we can do better.

After much thought, I’ve decided I want to be part of that effort.

That’s why I’m running.

I care deeply about making sure our town government serves everyone and that every resident feels heard and respected. Transparency matters. Clear communication matters. Honest explanations and thoughtful decisions build trust, and trust builds strong communities.

Accountability matters too, setting clear expectations for leadership, employees, and the public alike.

I also believe participation should be accessible. Many working residents have shared that early meeting times make it difficult to attend and be involved. Exploring later start times is a simple step that could open the door to greater community participation and more inclusive decision-making.

I care about our town employees, the people who show up every day to keep Campton running. They deserve fairness, consistency, and equal treatment. When we support the people doing the work, we strengthen the services our entire community relies on.

Responsible budgeting and long-term planning are also priorities for me. We must balance the needs of taxpayers while maintaining the services that make our town function well. I also believe we can do more to empower residents, whether that’s offering workshops on tax credits and exemptions, or simply explaining town processes more clearly so people feel informed instead of overwhelmed.

Most importantly, I care about community. There are bridges in Campton that can and should be strengthened. With thoughtful leadership, open dialogue, and a willingness to truly listen, I believe we can close gaps and move forward together.

For those who may not know me, I’ve proudly called Campton home for over 20 years. I previously worked for the Town of Campton in several departments and later continued my career in planning and zoning with the Town of Lincoln. I currently serve on Campton’s Zoning Board of Adjustment and provide meeting minutes for the Conway budget committee. Having worn many hats in municipal government across several communities has given me a well-rounded understanding of how towns operate, their strengths, their challenges, and the importance of steady, thoughtful leadership.

I’m also a proud mom to a 10-year-old boy. We love spending time outdoors in the garden or exploring one of Campton’s beautiful local watering holes. This town isn’t just where I live. It’s where I’m raising my son. I care deeply about preserving the sense of community and quality of life that make this place so special, and I’m committed to strengthening it for the next generation.

The election will be held on March 10th at Campton Town Hall from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you can’t vote in person, please contact the Town Clerk’s Office to request an absentee ballot.

If you’d like to talk, I welcome the conversation. Please feel free to reach out through my page or by email at [email protected]. I would truly be honored to earn your vote.

With gratitude,
Jade E. Hartsgrove

We conducted the first round of sign distribution this morning and are proceeding with the second round in a few. Unfortunately, one of the sicknesses got me and I am not feeling my greatest today and may not get to everyone. For the houses we do not reach today, I will deliver after work this week or on Saturday. Thank you for your understanding and support.

02/23/2026

Hello everyone. I am briefly popping in to let you know that I will be delivering my signs tomorrow, as many as I can, with my son. Although many of us have discussed this, I figured it would be helpful to share this information publicly for those I have not had a chance to personally talk to. Thank you for your continued support! 🙏🏻 🪧 🗳️ ⭐️

I am pleased to announce that my signs have been ordered and will be delivered on Friday. If you are interested in receiving a sign, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your ongoing support.

Good evening all,

I’ve had many people reach out over the past few weeks asking how they can support my campaign — and I truly appreciate it.

I’m at the point where my campaign signs are designed and ready to order. As with any campaign, there are costs involved, and community support makes all the difference. If you’ve been considering contributing toward signage or campaign expenses, now would be a meaningful time to do so.

I’ll be available Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon to meet locally and collect contributions. Please feel free to message me directly to coordinate.

Thank you for the encouragement, support, and belief in what we’re working toward for our town. I’m grateful to be part of such an engaged community. 🪧 🗳️
