Parents/guardians will need their Infinite Campus Parent Portal login to complete the registration. Please call 270-465-5371 or visit the Taylor County Board of Education if you need help with your IC username and/or password.

Starting July 1, 2026, we will begin using a new platform to communicate with families. To ensure you receive important updates, such as classroom placements, schedules, and back-to-school information, please make sure your contact details in Infinite Campus are up to date. The easiest way to do this is by completing your online registration.

𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐅𝐅 π’ππŽπ“π‹πˆπ†π‡π“! Taylor County Schools is proud to announce that School Resource Officer David Tucker will serve as the new Chief of Police for Taylor County Schools, effective July 1, 2026.

Officer Tucker has been a valued member of the Cardinal family since January 2022, serving both the Central Kentucky Career Academy and Taylor County Middle School. His roots in Taylor County run deep; he is a 1992 graduate of Taylor County High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Lindsey Wilson University.

Prior to joining Taylor County Schools, Officer Tucker dedicated over 20 years of service to the Campbellsville Police Department, bringing a wealth of experience, leadership, and commitment to this new role.

Officer Tucker succeeds Chief Ricky Underwood, who we thank for his years of dedicated service to our district. We wish Chief Underwood all the best!

Please join us in congratulating Chief Tucker as he steps into this important leadership role, helping lead our efforts to maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all students and staff.

The Taylor County High School Concert Band has been recognized as an ASBDA Band of Distinction by the Kentucky Chapter of the American School Band Directors Association!

This honor recognizes the band’s exemplary performance at the 2026 KMEA Large Ensemble Performance Assessment and reflects the tremendous dedication, musicianship, and hard work of our student musicians and directors throughout the year.

A special thank you to Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture Jonathan Shell, Representative Sarge Po***ck, Senator Max Wise, Travis Burton, USDA Rural Development Director, and David Wayne, Farm Service Agency State Director, for recognizing Taylor County FFA as a 2026 Outstanding Agricultural Education Program! Commissioner Shell also shared words of encouragement with our students and commended the exceptional leadership and vision of our administration and teachers, whose support and commitment continue to elevate opportunities for our students. We are excited to offer enrollment for community members into The Nest childcare program at Taylor County Schools! The Nest is a licensed daycare facility, and we currently have openings for the 2026-2027 school year!

The Nest is located within Taylor County Middle School and is open 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday on days when school is in session. The Nest follows Taylor County School District’s calendar and is closed during their holidays and breaks.
Our experienced staff members and engaging curriculum offer children the opportunity to grow, learn, and play in a safe and nurturing environment.

π‘π„πŒπˆππƒπ„π‘: Meals will be distributed TODAY between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, as part of our Summer Feeding Program! Each child will receive seven breakfasts, seven lunches, and one gallon of milk!

Pick-up locations are Taylor County Middle School and Taylor County High School (please visit only one site).
