I have reports that a solar developer is contacting landowners in the town of Wayne. If anyone has any information regarding this developer, or knows of landowners that have been contacted, please let me know by phone, text, or email.
Last year I submitted and the board approved the strongest ordinances allowed governing large scale wind and solar development. Before anyone signs on to this all parties involved must be aware of town ordinance requirements, and the developer must contact the town.
