🎉 THE CELEBRATION SCHEDULE IS HERE! 🇺🇸

Join us as we celebrate Camp Verde’s 40th Anniversary and the United States’ 250th with an unforgettable evening for the whole community!

📅 Saturday, September 12
📍 Camp Verde Community Park
⏰ Festivities begin at 5:00 PM

Enjoy free family activities, face painting, balloon creations, the State of the Town Address presented by Mayor Moore, live music from the Mike Reeves Band, an America 250 Tribute and free Dutch oven peach cobbler while supplies last!

Come hungry and grab dinner from Bushmaster BBQ, Kelley’s Kitchen or The Dogfather. Food will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Bring your family, invite your friends and feel free to bring your own chair, as seating will be limited. We can’t wait to celebrate with Camp Verde! ❤️🤍💙

Blood supplies are still critically low, and the need doesn't slow down for a holiday weekend. Native Air 83 Cottonwood and Copper Canyon Fire & Medical are teaming up with Vitalant for a blood drive in Camp Verde:

📍 395 S. Main Street, Camp Verde

Native Air carries blood on board so patients can get transfusions before they ever reach a hospital. That blood comes from people like you. One donation, about an hour of your time, and you could be part of saving someone's life on their worst day. 🩸🚁🚒

Grasshopper Basketball is looking for volunteer coaches to help make this season possible for our young athletes in 1st through 4th grade!

Coaching is a great opportunity to encourage kids, teach teamwork, build confidence, and help create a positive experience they will remember. You do not have to be a basketball expert. You just need enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to make a difference!

🧘 NEW CLASSES ARE COMING TO CAMP VERDE PARKS & RECREATION!

Beginning Monday, September 14, instructor Kathy will lead Pilates & Yoga Flow, a balanced combination of Pilates and yoga designed to build strength, improve flexibility and balance, reduce stress, and calm the mind.

Kathy will guide participants through each session in a welcoming environment where everyone can move at their own pace. All experience levels are welcome!

📣 Calling all future Cowboys cheerleaders! 📣

Camp Verde High School Cheer is hosting a P*e Wee Cheer Clinic for kids in grades K–8, and everyone in the Verde Valley is invited to join in.

Kids will spend four afternoons learning cheers, chants, and fun skills with the CVHS Cheerleaders, then take the field for a halftime performance under the Friday night lights. 🏈

🗓 Clinic: September 7–10, 5:00–6:00 PM
📍 Camp Verde Elementary School Gym
⭐ Performance: Friday, September 11 at halftime (arrive by 6:30 PM, kickoff at 7:00 PM)
💲 $50, includes the 4-day clinic and a CV Cheer T-shirt
