Congratulations to 3rd Battalion, 2d Marines for winning the 2025 Marine Corps Super Squad Competition! đź’Ş

The Marines of 1st Squad, 1st Platoon, Kilo Company, lead by Sgt. Christian Palmer, have demonstrated themselves to be “Unus Supra”/“One Above” as THE Marine Corps premier rifle squad.

To our future adversaries, if the Marine Corps Rifle is coming for you, the Marine Corps Rifle Squad is going to get you. Marines are prepared to fight and win our nations battles.

The Marine Corps Super Squad Competition is a service-level Marine rifle squad competition hosted by Training Command on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This annual competition is a service-recognized competitive environment to determine, under simulated combat conditions, which Marine rifle squad most effectively demonstrates their combat capabilities and operational proficiency.

Semper Fidelis.

“I am the backbone of the United States Marine Corps. I am the Marine non-commissioned officer,”

101 Corporals from V32 graduated Corporals Course on Friday. Corporal’s Course is a Professional Military Education course designed to provide mentorship and expand the professional and personal knowledge of NCO’s. This course took Marines from across the Battalion and brought them together, reinvigorating their core values, and teaching them the fundamentals of being small-unit leaders.

The skills and knowledge the Marines in the course received will be taken back to every squad, shop, and workspace improving core leadership positions while providing junior Marines with NCOs who embody the Marine Corps core values of honor, courage and commitment.

“Though today I instruct and supervise in peace, tomorrow I may lead in war.” – An excerpt from the Marine Corps NCO creed.
