Friday October 23rd, 2026.
Along with county offices, we have a few spots open and would like to see if any organization or business in Mitchell County would be interested in setting up?

Mitchell County E-911 is in the process of updating contact information for all businesses and residences that have alarms.
Asking for all businesses to send up to date keyholder names and phone numbers, this will ensure that we contact the correct person in case of an emergency.

Do you have a family member with special needs? Beginning July 1st, 2026, Logan’s Law Database has been created to assist E-911 operators in processing calls. Be sure to contact Mitchell County E-911 to register your family member, So we may know how to respond appropriately if called to your home.
You can call the non emergency number 229-336-2007, Email [email protected], message this page, or come by the center to get a registration form.
We want our first responders to have the information to better assist our citizens.

Part Time Position

Mitchell County E 911 has a position opening for a part time telecommunications officer. The hours are 6pm - 10pm, the job will be 7 shifts in a 14 day rotation. Training will be provided. If you are interested you can come to the center and fill out an application or email [email protected] and I can send an application to be filled out and returned.

Taking applications through Friday July 10.
