FM437 at Donahoe Creek is back open.
FM485 at North Elm Creek is back open.

3:20 PM update - A couple of flood advisories continue around Milam and Williamson counties after 2-3" of rain quickly piled up.

As we approach the hottest part of the day, more downpours will develop like we're seeing along highway 183 in Burnet and Williamson counties.

A lot of vertical motion visible from our downtown Austin camera means we could see some pockets of heavy rain develop soon.
