Well, this is interesting.

Ken Paxton has spent years presenting himself as a hardliner against gambling in Texas.

Then Kalshi gave $5,000 to his PAC, its CEO gave $7,000 to his Senate campaign, and Paxton declined to join bipartisan efforts by other state attorneys general targeting prediction markets like Kalshi.

Does that prove the donations bought his position? No.

Does it give Texans every reason to ask why his position suddenly looks so different when a campaign donor is involved? Absolutely.

Apparently, some rules become a lot more flexible when the check clears.

Texas Republicans sold vouchers as “school choice,” and now—before the program has even had time to prove itself—the comptroller is already asking lawmakers to double the funding to $2 billion.

Meanwhile, our public schools are still being told to do more with less.

Funny how there’s always more money available when the priority is subsidizing private-school tuition.

I am shocked. SHOCKED, I tell you.

This is the first year for education savings accounts, which allow Texas families to use taxpayer dollars for private and home schooling.

House Republicans make $174,000 a year—and Speaker Mike Johnson makes $223,500. They do not work for Mike Johnson. They work for us.

Yet with major issues affecting Americans and the midterm elections approaching, Johnson is canceling two scheduled weeks of House business and sending members away for a six-week campaign break.

That conveniently prevents them from having to cast public votes on issues like the bipartisan Epstein Files Transparency Act II, which would allow survivors and state officials to challenge the Justice Department for unlawfully withholding Epstein-related records.

The American people don’t get to abandon their jobs for six weeks because an election is coming. Congress shouldn’t either.

Do your damn jobs. You work for us—not Mike Johnson, not Donald Trump, and not your reelection campaigns. This is absolute BS.

Netanyahu is openly taking credit for helping push the United States toward war with Iran—citing nearly 1,000 hours on American television, his influence in the United States and his familiarity with American leaders.

He didn’t literally say, “I manipulated Trump,” as this reel claims. But Americans should still ask why a foreign leader believes he deserves credit for steering our country into another war.

This is what political intimidation looks like.

Alleged Paxton supporters weren’t planning to attend James Talarico’s event to ask difficult questions or participate in democracy. These messages appear to show them coordinating a disruption—and discussing targeting him when he approached the area reserved for people with disabilities.

Peaceful disagreement is democracy. Deliberately creating chaos and using disabled attendees as an opportunity to confront a candidate is not.

Ken Paxton should immediately condemn this behavior and make clear that intimidation and organized disruption have no place in his campaign. Texans deserve elections decided by voters—not by bullies trying to manufacture fear and chaos.

Ken Paxton’s enablers just launched a $1.7 million attack ad claiming James Talarico “let China buy up our land.”

Here’s what they conveniently left out: A Chinese billionaire began acquiring roughly 140,000 acres near Laughlin Air Force Base in 2016—while Republicans controlled every statewide office, Ken Paxton was attorney general, and James Talarico was teaching middle school.

Talarico didn’t “sell Texas to China.” He voted against a deeply flawed bill that cast an unnecessarily wide net over people based on their nationality—not merely hostile foreign governments and their agents.

When Paxton can’t defend his own record, he invents one for his opponent. That accusation isn’t leadership; it’s projection from a failed attorney general running a frightened campaign.
