The Summer Reading Challenge is almost here! We invite readers of all ages to join the fun by logging their reading and earning prizes! Every kind of reading counts, including fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels, audiobooks, and even being read to. Whether you read a little or a lot, every page and every minute helps you earn points.

Registration opens on Beanstack starting May 24. Once you sign up, simply log your reading from June 1 through August 31. Participants may track either the number of books completed or the amount of time spent reading (1 book or 30 minutes = 100 points), and Beanstack will automatically calculate your points.

Earn 500 points and visit the library to choose a free book to keep! At 2,500 points, participants can choose either a reading medal or a limited-edition tote bag. Plus, for every 500 points earned, you can enter a raffle at the library for a chance to win one of a variety of great prizes (up to a maximum of 10,000 points).
