The following occurred February 2023:
1.Jeffrey Raymond Walker of Bonne Terre, MO, pled guilty to felony attempted robbery, 2 counts of felony assault, 5 counts of felony property damage, felony harassment, felony driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor assault, and misdemeanor animal abuse and was sentenced by Judge Hamner to a total of 37 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
2. Henry E. Gibbons of Dixon, MO, pled guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Hamner to 3 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by Camdenton Police Department.
3 .Joshua Matthew Harvey of Camdenton, MO, was on probation for felony tampering. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 6 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camdenton County Prosecutor by Camdenton Police Department.
4. Jeremy J Hunter of Urbana, MO, pled guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Koeppen to 6 years in Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camdenton County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
5. Garrett Lee Myers of Lebanon, MO, pled guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Koeppen to 5 years in the Department of Correction. This case was referred to the Camdenton County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
6. Daryl Jamine Moore of Osage Beach, MO, was on probation for felony leaving the scene of an accident. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 4 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camden Police Department.
7. Justin David Hartwick of Eldon, MO, pled guilty to felony domestic assault and was sentenced by Judge Hayden to 2 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by Sunrise Beach Police Department.
8. Mackenzie Rain Latimer of Climax Springs, MO, was on probation for felony possession of a controlled substance. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 10 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camdenton County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
9. In a separate case, Mackenzie Rain Latimer of Climax Springs, MO, was on probation for two counts felony of possession of a controlled substance. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to a total of 20 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camdenton Police Department.
10. Joshua John Carter of Moberly, MO, was on probation for felony tampering in the first degree. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 3 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Lake Ozark Police Department.
11. John Lee Dismang of Linn Creek, MO, was on probation for two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony unlawful possession of a firearm. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to a total of 21 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
12. Christopher Glenn Allmon of Camdenton, MO, was on probation for felony domestic assault and felony harassment. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to a total of 9 years in the Department of Correction. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camdenton Police Department.
13. Kadi Elizabeth Starms of Linn Creek, MO, was on probation for felony possession of a controlled substance. After violating terms and conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 5 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Department of Natural Resources.
14. Shannon Nicole Russell of Jefferson City, MO, was on probation for felony possession of a controlled substance. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 4 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
15. Dale Eugene Kuehnel of Lebanon, MO, was on probation for felony passing bad checks. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. 16. Chelsea Nicole Steele of Jefferson City, MO, was on probation for felony burglary. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant 7 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.

1. Montanna Cheyenne Gregory of Lebanon, MO, pled guilty to felony stealing and was sentenced by Judge Koeppen to 3 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sherriff’s Office.
2. Ashley Marie Elkins of Osage Beach, MO, pled guilty to felony forgery and was sentenced by Judge Hayden to 5 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
3. In a separate case Ashley Marie Elkins of Osage Beach, MO, was on probation for felony stealing. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Hayden granted the State’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 6 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by Camdenton Police Department.
4. In a separate case Ashley Marie Elkins of Osage Beach, MO, was on probation for felony receiving stolen property. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Hayden granted the State’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 6 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff.
5. In a separate case Ashley Marie Elkins of Osage Beach, MO, was on probation for felony forgery. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Hayden granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 6 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Osage Beach Police Department.
6. Kaleb Howard Henson of Camdenton, MO, was on probation for felony possession of a controlled substance and felony tampering in the first degree. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Hayden granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to a total of 17 years Department of Corrections. This case was referred to Camden County Prosecutor by Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
7. In a separate case, Kaleb Howard Henson of Camdenton, MO, was on probation for possession of a controlled substance. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Hayden granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 7 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Camden County Sheriff’s Office.
8. Marquecio Devonte Simmons of Kaiser, MO, pled guilty to felony statutory r**e and was sentenced by Judge Hamner to 30 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Osage Beach Police Department.
9. Troy Christopher Braun of Lake Ozark, MO, was on probation for felony forgery. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Koeppen granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 4 years in the Department of Corrections. This case was referred to the Camden County Prosecutor by the Osage Beach Police Department.
10. Luke Andrew Jerozal of Lake Ozark, MO, was on probation for felony possession of a controlled substance. After violating the conditions of probation, the Camden County Prosecutors Office filed a motion to revoke probation. Judge Hayden granted the state’s motion and sentenced the defendant to 5 years in the Department of Corrections.
